I’ll admit it, I’m a matcha snob. I love a strong matcha latte where I can actually taste the matcha shine over the milk. The only way to not be disappointed? Make it at home! This recipe perfectly balances matcha with milk and a hint of sugar. Yes, you’ll need a scale, but it’s worth it!
